good selectioncramped accommodationno charm
the breakfast included a good selection so i guess i can't complain much about that.
the room i got was so cramped, it barely fit a bed. it seemed like a large cupboard, not a room someone would want to spend time in. the whole place had no charm.

the hotel location is central i could walk to attractions and use public transport easily the staff at the reception were helpful and polite so were the breakfast staff the breakfast offered a good variety of fresh options each morning.
the sound insulation could be slightly improved as some street noise was audible at times.

breakfast features many fresh fruits the breakfast room included live piano music and singing each morning which was good the hotel provides easy access to public transport being close to metro and tram lines.

the staff were friendly and very helpful throughout my stay they were knowledgeable about the local area and provided useful recommendations the reception staff were efficient and quick to address any queries.

my room offered a view over the luis camoes square the bed was comfortable with nice linens the bathroom was clean and modern with a good shower room and excellent sound insulation when windows were closed.

The location proved convenient, close to public transport.
The room I received was quite small. It made moving around difficult. I also found the noise levels disruptive, especially early in the morning when cleaning started on the floor. This noise made it difficult to sleep in the mornings
